The large dining room provides generous space for mealtime gatherings, and the primary living area of the condominium is adorned with a gas fireplace that fosters a warm ambiance, offering a comforting retreat after an active day, whether spent at Winter Park Resort or exploring the local vicinity. Furthermore, a private deck acts as an additional space for relaxation and enjoyment of the surroundings; located on the third floor of the building, it ensures peace without interruptions from upper-level units. Please be advised that there is no air conditioning.
Guests will value the tastefully renovated kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, newly installed hardwood flooring, and cabinetry. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, enabling the preparation of delightful meals during your stay.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, generous space, a flat-screen TV, and a modernized bathroom that showcases granite countertops, new cabinetry, and updated flooring.
Building 20 is situated at the upper end of the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property, conveniently within a short walking distance to the Clubhouse and just a few steps away from the complimentary town shuttle stop.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
