The Space:

A dedicated workspace is tucked away for anyone who needs to stay connected while the rest of the group explores.



Sleeping arrangements

Two king bedrooms sit on the ground floor - one standard king and one spacious master king suite - making them ideal for guests who want everything within easy reach. A social bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer complete this level, keeping routines smooth no matter how large the group. Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements take on a life of their own. A Mario Bros-themed cinema room anchors the second floor as the gathering point for movie nights, surrounded by a mix of king suites and themed bunk rooms. The Jurassic Park, Mickey Mouse, and Minions bunk rooms give younger guests their own corner of magic, while the king suites offer adults a proper retreat at the end of the day. Bathroom access is distributed intelligently across the layout, so the morning rush never becomes a standoff.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen comes ready for every kind of meal - whether that is a quick breakfast before the parks or a group dinner that stretches through the evening. You will find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and cookware. The dining table seats ten, and cooking basics including oil, salt, and pepper are on hand.



Outdoor space

Step through to the screened private pool area and the pace shifts entirely. Lounge seating lines the deck, the outdoor dining table seats eight, and the pool itself is waiting - clean, private, and enclosed. Whether the plan is an afternoon swim, a quiet hour with a drink, or watching the kids burn the last of their energy before bed, the outdoor space handles all of it without asking for much in return. A hot tub is also available for guests looking to unwind a little further.



Location

Windsor Cay sits in a gated resort community offering resort access, free on-site parking, and a setting that makes coming back after a park day feel genuinely restful. Walt Disney World's parks are within a roughly thirty-to-forty-minute drive, Universal Studios Florida is approximately thirty-five to forty minutes away, and SeaWorld Orlando is similarly close. MCO Airport is around thirty-five to forty-five minutes depending on traffic. Premium shopping at Orlando Vineland Outlets and the ChampionsGate golf and resort area are also within comfortable reach.



The home accommodates sixteen or more guests across ten bedrooms with thirteen beds and eight and a half bathrooms. Free parking, air conditioning, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place throughout. The property also allows long-term stays of twenty-eight days or more.



Other Things to Note:

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
