Nearby highlights such as Elk Park and the stunning Elk River Falls make for memorable day trips filled with natural beauty.

Main Living Area

Step inside to an inviting open-concept great room designed for connection and comfort. One of Pyrfect Hideout’s most loved features is its spacious covered deck, designed for year-round enjoyment. A mounted TV makes it easy to enjoy a game or movie while taking in the fresh mountain air.

The landscaped yard below features a wood-burning fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows, stargazing, and creating lasting memories with friends and family. Please note that for guest safety and property security, there are three exterior cameras consisting of a doorbell camera and two driveway-facing cameras. No cameras are located inside the home.

Loft and Entertainment Spaces

The upstairs loft offers an additional gathering area that is perfect for quiet moments or casual lounging. Comfortable seating and a TV make it an inviting spot to unwind with a book or enjoy a show. Younger guests will especially love the dedicated kids’ nook, thoughtfully set up with bean bags and books to create their own cozy retreat.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Pyrfect Hideout comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests across three well-appointed bedrooms, plus additional sleeping space in the loft.

The main floor primary suite features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, TV, and direct access to the deck. It is an ideal private retreat to start and end each day.

The upstairs queen suite offers a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, and TV, providing comfort and privacy for additional guests.

The bunk room is a favorite for families and groups, featuring two custom-built queen beds with twin beds suspended above them. This room includes a TV and in-room access to the full upper-level bathroom.

The loft sofa converts into a comfortable queen sleeper, offering flexible sleeping options for larger groups.

All bedrooms are equipped with TVs featuring live cable and streaming services, ensuring everyone can relax and enjoy their favorite entertainment.

The included amenity fee provides access to a wide variety of nature-based and family-friendly features, which may include hiking trails, scenic overlooks, fire pits, sports courts, playgrounds, event spaces, and seasonal activities.

Dining at Eagles Nest

Eagles Nest’s newest addition, Epic Chophouse, is now available to renters within the community. Guests may dine at this popular venue by mentioning they are renting in Eagles Nest upon arrival. Please note that homeowners receive priority seating, so availability may vary, especially during peak times.
