Location is excellent for an easy walkaccess to beach. Fit our needs for a quick last minute trip with a pet. Responsiveness and welcome packet were excellent.

Property was as described, clean, comfortable and convenient. Ear plugs are recommended as the walls are thin and you can hear neighbors, footsteps above and traffic noise.

良かった点 : ロケーション
The listing says there is a washer dryer but there is not. Maybe there is a laundromat on the property idk i didnt look but the listing is misleading. There is also a room on top of this one so if there are guests up above don't expect to get any sleep at all because you can hear everything through the ceiling. The supplies you have in the apartment are very minimal there isn't even a broom or vacuum to clean up after yourself. You need to bring everything from your own home to be comfortable. The ceiling fan in the bedroom is broken. The chain latch on the door is held together with zip ties. The flooring is disintegrating throughout the apartment. You only get few towels with no way to wash them in your room. The list goes on. The complex in a whole isn't bad but i would not recommend this particular room to anyone.

Location is great- close to beach and attractions. P refreshing & hot tub relaxing. The accommodation itself however was a big let down. - Listing pics showed pin on a 1 story building on backside of complex overlooking pool. We arrived to find 2A is actually a different building on the busy street with another story and unit on top had we known this we would not have booked. - No way to clean up sand/floor. Only a broom but no dust pan, swiffer or vacuum. - Oven not safe. Went to open and front came off. - Windows, door and walls are thin you hear foot traffic of people going up/down stairs, walking around above you, hearing their TV and conversations, etc and road traffic. - Flooring inside is engineered flooring with water damage so dips throughout and prevents doors from opening correctly. - Paint peeling and hanging from bathroom ceiling. - Vent in bathroom was completely covered with lint/dust.- Extra room with sink when you turned on cold water it would be cold for short amount of time then would go turn hot. - Both Ceiling fans seem to be mounted wrong causing them to rock and make rubbing noise. - All other units seemed to have a seating area and place to hang towels out on deck except for this one. - Bedding for pull out sofa was only a sheet and pillow case but no spare pillows or blanket/quilt. - Laundry not in unit. There is a community Laundry room but you need 2 in quarters to wash and another 2 in quarters to dry but no coin dispenser on site.

Great location. Pool wonderfull for rip tide days. Walking distance to just about anything you may need during the stay. Down slightly because bedroom doorknob kept locking us from bedroom to the point had to leave it open and dip in floor under same door. Trip concern if not careful with your step. Inconsistency with other condos in same complex. Some steps up to room wobble which not a huge issue but when paying almost 2000 Said 1 dog due to Hoa but many had more then one leaving put off as someone who brings only the 1 pet as allowed. Would've loved to bring both my fur babies. Pool closed at 10 due to sound and hoa but no enforcement when bringing up noise concerns when some are out with music playing after 11. No pet deposit refund after leaving mostly clean which brings to question the cleaning fee but have a list of chores to do before check out and upon doing said cleaning finding items under couch which assume were from previous persons.
