Guests enjoy year-round amenities with Barrier Island Station resort access. Bonus features such as two living rooms areas - one for relaxing looking out at sunsets over the Currituck sound along with a 65 inch TV for movie time. The second living room is ideal for gaming with a 3 TV set up and the HDMI hookups.

Arrived early and was able to get a Barrier Island pass to access the clubhouse, outdoor pool and parking at the beach even before checking in at 3pm. House was clean. My teen son and his friend enjoyed the “man cave,” to play video games while my daughter and I watched movies at night in the extra living room. There is a coffee/cafe shop beneath the rental which was nice! We did not walk (drove) to the beach, although could have, but enjoyed having access to all the extra barrier island clubhouses options. Only suggestion I have for owners is add more kitchen items like smaller frying pans, a new dish fry rack, and a crockpot. Perhaps a clothesline outdoor for drying towels, more bath washcloths, and kitchen towels. Communication was great with the owners and we’d definitely stay again. Lots of space and great location.

Beautiful apartment with easy access to the amenities at the Barrier Island Station, which were also great. It was perfect walking distance to the shops, parking was spacious, and it was nice and quiet. This was our first time in the Outer Banks and we hope to come back and stay here again!

There are 3 Apartments is a remodeled mix use building with sunset views of the currituck sound, walkable to downtown Duck, easy drive to Corolla and wild horse adventure tours and the best part we have full access with each stay to the Barrier Island Resort amentities featuring oceanfront outdoor pool, lots of parking g and Year around Indoor pool for those rainy days or winter stays.
