The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood nestled among the palm trees. Somewhat removed yet very accessible to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Some of Florida's best restaurants are very close by.



Getting Around:

There is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Uber & Lyft options are available.



Other Things to Note:

• Cameras at the front and sides of the property of the property. No cameras facing the pool.

• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood. Please be respectful. No loud music at any time.

• Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.

• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.
