From resort-style amenities to beautiful beaches, you will have everything you need for an unforgettable getaway vacation or a long-term stay experience.

This NEW two bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 5 and offers a courtyard view and water views of Anna Maria Sound from every room. The sunset views are amazing! The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo is pet friendly and includes a king sized bed in the primary bedroom, a double and twin size bed in the guest bedroom, with a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. It contains all your dining needs: dishes, glasses, silverware and knife set, pots and pans, BBQ set, etc. Enjoy a large screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee. This property has just been completely furnished and everything is brand new, July 2021.

There is a rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open on the property.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

This private island paradise is a 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf side of Anna Maria Island and to supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping areas.

One Particular Harbor is a secure, gated community offering covered parking with extra parking out front of the unit. It has elevator access.

The bikes and beach chairs were an added bonus and we enjoyed bike rides through Robinsons preserve and walking through Neals preserve encountering the local wildlife. The sunsets on Anna Maria are not to be missed .

Beautiful property with issues.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is beautifully decorated and the location is great. The screened in patio is perfect to hang out on. We were very disappointed and concerned about the moldy/mildewy smell throughout our stay. The air condition’s humidity level was at 80% and there were obvious signs of mold on the vents. I sent a message through the app on the first day and it was never responded to. I would be cautious about renting this unit until this problem is rectified. Also very disappointed in the lack of response from the property management. Furniture in living room definitely needs to be replaced.

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at One Particular Harbour and this unit specifically and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an up-scale unit with access to a pool and the beaches in Anna Maria Island. Our only concern was with a delay in the check-in process (the rental office was closed). All in all, we would stay there again.

Great Condo with Fantastic Sunset Views

We have stayed in this community a few times. This unit was by far the best. Beautiful accommodations! Thrilled to be able to use the bikes to explore nearby preserve areas. Great location! We will be back. Thank you!

Our New Favorite Place!

We stayed at this amazing condo when we came to Bradenton for a wedding. It is now our new favorite place to stay. The view from the condo is amazing and the resort is very nice. The location is also perfect. The condo was big enough for 4 adults and had everything you could possibly need and more! It was very clean, bright, and well decorated. The screened balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. There were even bikes available to use. The check in process is different from what we are use to. You have to go to the property management company to pick up the keys and key fobs to be able to get into the resort. But is was very close by and was not a big deal for us. The whole area is beautiful with a lot to do and many restaurants. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back. Thank you!

Tropical and tranquil stay

Condo was huge and had every amenity. The view was breathtaking and pool was refreshing. We took full advantage of the waking paths around the inter coastal water.
