This is a really nice house. The pictures were very accurate. The views are impressive and sunsets are beautiful. My wife really enjoyed watching the wild horses in the neighborhood. The host was very helpful with ideas for restuarants in the immediate area, Albuquerque and Santa Fe as well as hikes. This is a fairly rural location, 15 minutes to closest store 25-30 minutes to bigger stores. We appreciated the peace and quiet and are accustomed to rural living. AC worked well, nice big well equiped kitchen, 2 firplaces and nice outdoor spaces. We highly recommend it.

This was our second stay at this property. It was very clean and had exceptional views on all sides, especially for the sunsets. The location was good for us to explore New Mexico - it is close to both ABQ and Santa Fe (45 min) and Taos but remote and very private. I snow ski, so we spent some more time researching ski areas planning for a winter family trip. We found this is an easy drive to hit Ski Santa Fe (1hr 5 min) and Sipapu ski area. We found everything in the home was first class and the furnishings all looked new. The kitchen had everything we needed and more –coffee, towels, spices, an abundance of dishes/glassware etc. The owners put a lot of thought into making it enjoyable for guests. There were 3 patios and the hot tub looked new as well. There were king beds in two of the bedrooms and one bedroom had a queen with a single bunk above which should be perfect for our clan. The bedding was new and included down pillows that my wife loved. The two fireplaces (in the MBR and LR) were easy to operate. There were some wild horses on the road near the driveway several times. Overall the photos are accurate and the home is meticulously maintained. My wife wished our stay could have been longer. Thank you.
