Located amid the trees in Sandia Park. The refreshingly open layout and floor to ceiling windows offers a serene relationship with the outdoors. The living room houses an array of contemporary furniture around a pellet stove. The kitchen is fully illuminated during the day by the wraparound windows. The contemporary home created offers impressive views of the nearby mountain range. Only 35 minutes to balloon fiesta. Visit Balloon fiesta during day and enjoy Skyline Glass House at night.

A grand entrance with a tastefully decorated sitting area . A beautiful staircase will take you to the main floor and the view of Sandia Crest is waiting for you. No matter you are in the living area, sunroom, Kitchen, or master suite...the view follows you.
--Main level--
-Master Suite-
A clean design master suite with comfy king bed let's you sleep like a baby! Wake up to see the sunrise without leaving the bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with dual head shower to relax you.
-2nd bedroom-
See the trees or enjoy the sunrise through the windows. It has a queen bed with a full bath
-3rd bedroom-
Enjoy the view of Sandia Crest from your queen bed. A full bath is there to make your stay more comfortable.
-Living area-
Relax on the modern comfy sofa and stair at the mountain or turn on the pellet stove to have cozy evening. The sunset can be amazing without leaving the sofa
-Sunroom-
Grill your favorite meal on the commercial grade gas grill in the sunroom. It has a commercial grade oven also.
-Kitchen-
A well stocked modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee machine will make your stay comfortable.
-Dining area-
A dining table for eight with low profile chairs will let you enjoy your conversation from kitchen to living area with open concept
A half bath conveniently located next to the living area

Play foosball or look at the Sandia Crest or do both in the game room.
Laundry is just around the corner.
-4th Bedroom-
Pass the game room and you'll find the 4th bedroom which is private with its own full bath. Enjoy the southern sky or Sandia mountain view from the room.

Take the stairs to go to the office or study area. The view will follow you.

Gazebo area
Hike a few hundred feet and get to the gazebo to be with nature full of pine and juniper trees.

This house is absolutely amazing!! They have everything you need to make your stay seamlessly fabulous. If you have littles they have a high chair, baby gate, and a pack and play. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create wonderful meals and the view is out of this world. Great little town that is conveniently located close to ABQ. The hot tub and sauna was a great way to close out our days. I would definitely recommend this house. Everyone had their own space that was nice and comfortable

The glass house was the perfect family vacation stay for 8 adults with two cars! We went to the balloon fiesta, Sante Fe, Madrid, Old Town and Downtown and the Sandia Tram. While it did require road trips to the destinations it wasn’t too much and the view was always worth it. The only downside was the neighbor dog who did bark frequently, but we have dogs of our own and realize that can’t be controlled. We would definitely stay here the next time we need a family vacation spot. The biggest bonus for us was that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the views were spectacular!!

Beautiful views

Amazing views out of floor to ceiling windows. Very clean. Comfortable for our party of six with a bathroom for every bedroom. Host was responsive when we got a little lost due to road construction. We would stay here again.

Unbelievable Getaway Spot

Stayed for a couple of nights for a golf tournament at Paako Ridge with some friends. Amy’s place was spotless, the view was spectacular and the amenities were above and beyond. I would recommend this place over and over and look forward to coming back and staying next year. I

My 2 sisters and I most enjoyed the cosy, open floor plan of the public areas where we watched tv, cooked, and put puzzles together. My sisters also really enjoyed hiking in the area. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was nice that we could each set the temperature of our rooms. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. The only 2 difficulties were the steps up to the entrance, and then again up to the main level, especailly when carrying suitcases. The other problem was the lack of common utensils to go with the outstanding kitchen appliances.

Gorgeous spot with all the amenities!

Went for a retreat with my book club. The location was lovely and quiet. The view of Sandia was wonderful. Everything was as pictured. Lots of room for our group. The hot tub was in perfect condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The rooms were very clean. We really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with spices and dishes and cooking tools. There’s a cute spot for sandwiches just a mile away, and lots of short hikes nearby. Highly recommend!
