Finca Amalia in Pollensa

Finca Amalia is a holiday home in the traditional style of a country house and has easy access to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The house has room for 8 people and a private pool.

Finca Amalia is located in the countryside between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 2 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa is also at 5,5 kilometres travelling distance from Finca Elena. The long seafront promenade has splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor and is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Amalia is a comfortable holiday home with traditional wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors. The living and dining area is furnished in a rustic style and has a fireplace. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a breakfast table. On the same floor there are one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Three more bedrooms and another bathroom are on the first floor. Two bedrooms are double rooms, the third one is a twin bedroom. The third bathroom is outside.

The house has air-conditioning in all bedrooms running on a timer with fixed working hours.

Finca Amalia has beautiful mature gardens and lawns. There is one terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a table and another covered terrace overlooking the pool, which is fitted with a dining table and comfortable chairs. There is also a ping-pong table and enough space to park various cars.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
