Overall had a very good experience here. My suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. I could hear voices just slightly through the walls of my bedroom, but not enough to disturb my sleep. The fitness room was clean and well stocked with towels, and the cafe has good breakfast burritos! I don't gamble and it was a relief to stay in a really nice facility without loud slot machines and indoor smoking. My only minor frustration was that the employees in the lobby have very specific roles- I had to deal with the Bell desk a couple times to drop off and pick up my suitcase (the first day I checked in before my room was available and the last day I needed to checkout several hours before my flight). The desk was usually unattended, and I was approached by other staff asking if they could help me. When I explained that I needed to leave my bag, no one could help tag and store my bag, but rather left me to go call or find the Bell. I had to wait several minutes each time and it felt odd that I was approached by people offering to help me, but then left standing waiting because they couldn't help me since what I needed wasn't in their job description. Again, minor complaint. Overall I had a good experience here.
