Kelli was an amazing host! If I could give more stars, I would. As one who hosts properties of my own, I was impressed by the speed of communication and organization. I even took a few notes to use on my properties. She responded within 30 minutes to all of our questions and made sure we have everything we needed. That alone puts this place at the top of my "must come back again" list!The home is very spacious and perfect for multiple families. We had a total of 12 people across 4 families and had plenty of room. It's less than 5 min from the beach and on a side street so much of the traffic noise is muffled out. The pool was a hit for a both kids and adults! Providing much-needed refreshments after a long day in the sun. The decor, furniture, beds and amenities are all new and updated, making you feel at home.Location-wise, it's about 20 min from downtown Myrtle Beach, Boardwalk on Broadway, and other main attractions. Close enough to drive but far enough away from all the crowds if you're looking for a quieter stay.If you're planning to book in Myrtle Beach and this place is available, stop scrolling and reserve now!

良かった点 : ロケーション
Since I am a 74 year old-old lady, steps to the sand caught my eye when I was looking for a family vacation home. The steps turned out to be struggles to the sand as the beach was a couple of blocks away. The refrigerator was not satisfactory for a family as it took forever to cool our food, and the ice maker never reached close to capacity. The house was extremely noisy, especially the Jack and Jill bathrooms which shouted every plop or noise made in them. My son placed sponges over nails in the stair tread leading to the third floor . Also, the railing to the third floor was not attached to the wall. Family game night was a washout as the game closet contained a mixture of several games with the Yahtzee game having a totally different game in it. The most aggravating feature was the constant remote resetting of the thermostat to 78 degrees. At first, each of us thought that the other was upping the temperature. Hot atmosphere did not make happy faces. What made happy faces was the pool. The kids had the best times there. The outdoor seating areas were terrific. The number of available beds and bathrooms helped immensely. The communication with the host was first class. The cookies were appreciated, and the locations of shops made essentials easy to obtain. The spacious common areas were enjoyable.Weighing the plus and negative, the group decided on three stars. We would consider renting the house again, but not at the amount we paid.
