The Space:

Stay together while enjoying your own space in this unique home featuring three private apartments that can be rented together—perfect for families, friends, or group getaways. Each apartment offers its own bedrooms, bathroom, and living space, giving everyone room to relax and unwind.



Apartment One includes two bedrooms with full-size beds and a full bathroom with a tub.

Apartment Two features three bedrooms—one king, one queen, and one full-size bed—along with a full bathroom with a tub.

Apartment Three offers three bedrooms with one king bed and two full-size beds, plus a full bathroom with a tub.



Enjoy shared time on the welcoming front porch, relax on the back porch, or take in the fresh air from the balcony. This setup is ideal for groups who want to stay together while still having privacy.



Guest Access:

Guests will be given a unique code to check themselves in. You won't see us unless you need something!

This home sits on a quiet stretch of W 11th Street, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the action. You’ll be just minutes from highway access, downtown Cleveland, and iconic sights like the “A Christmas Story” house.

Getting Around:

Our Tremont location is super walkable — restaurants, parks, and local attractions like the "A Christmas Story" House are just steps away. You’re also just minutes from downtown and major highways (I-90, I-71, I-490), making it easy to drive or grab a quick Uber anywhere in the city. Free street parking is available, and public transit is nearby. The airport is only 15 minutes away!



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.

NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.

LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).

PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.

GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.

EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).

Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.

As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.
