We chose this neighborhood because it gives you the best of beach living and city convenience. You are just steps from the sand for morning walks, sunsets, and quick beach days, while still being close to great dining, cafés, and everyday essentials. It is also a perfect home base for discovering Venice and the surrounding coastal spots without spending your whole trip in traffic.
