This stunning condo is situated on the world-renowned Carbon Beach (aka "Billionaire's Beach") in Malibu, right on the sandy shore. Unlike other beachfront properties in the area, this condo is shielded from the noise of the HWY, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.Enjoy the luxurious amenities including a heated pool, jacuzzi, private beach access to the public beach and free parking.

Please note that we strictly prohibit parties/events and smoking of any kind at this location.

This spacious condo includes a bedroom with a stunning ocean view, a modern bathroom, and a large living and dining area with plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and provides the perfect space to cook meals during your stay.

Rest assured, the mattress in the bedroom is brand new, extremely comfortable, and thoroughly sanitized for every new guest. Additionally, we offer two comfortable queen-size air mattresses and extra bedding to accommodate additional guests.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront apt. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlights of our days, and everything was in great condition and very clean. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, so we could relax from the moment we arrived. Our host was very welcoming, responsive, and kind, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated the quiet location with no highway noise and waking up every day to the sound of the ocean. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape.

The property was great and the views/beach access was stunning! The unit was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The host was great; very communicative and available throughout. Walking distance to numerous offerings and gorgeous coastline drives/views. We'll certainly look to stay here when in Malibu again. Highly recommend; great experience.

We had a great time on this vacation. The location is perfect and close to everything we wanted to do while visiting. There were 4 adults. The condo had 2 air mattresses that the younger adults slept on and separate bedroom for us parents. . The hot tub felt great as we visited when the weather was not ideal. My daughter and her friend enjoyed the pool as well. Our host, Melody, was so responsive and helpful while we were there. Unfortunately the heat was not working properly but she quickly ordered some space heaters and had those at our door the following day. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a beautiful beach front place to stay with a very friendly and communicative host!

Loved this place. The view is phenomenal and the beach and pool were so much fun. Great location. Even though it’s a one bedroom it felt spacious with the furnishing and the mirrors. Manager is really responsive.

Location is very great. Spectacular views and just stairs away from access to the beach.You can get a great view just sitting on the patio of the unit, or even just sitting in the living room.Where is central location to a lot of restaurants like Nobu or shopping centers like Whole Foods.It only comes with one bed and one blow up mattress.The pool is really wonderful because the ocean was too cold when I went. The pool was heated, but I wish it could have been warmer.

Oceanfront Dream!

Beautiful Malibu condo with unprecedented views of the ocean right on the beach. Close proximity to great restaurants, very central yet. Secluded when you’re inside. Would definitely stay again when we return.

Most affordable and convenient place to stay in Carbon Beach, Mailu, CA

The location is perfectly located near the Nobu restaurant and right on the beach, the views of the sunrise in the mornings are amazing. This little 1 bedroom is perfect for someone looking to enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing against the beach all day long, and enjoy a peaceful walk along the beach in the mornings. There is a very clean pool, hot tub, and proper security, along with parking. The host is very responsive and accommodating, we will define stay here again.

Blissful stay

I came to visit my daughter who lives nearby, and this Malibu retreat was perfect for the two of us. We had a lovely time soaking in the spectacular views from the balcony, taking morning beach walks, and enjoying the pool area. It’s very centrally located as well, close to all that Malibu and Santa Monica have to offer. Very private and safe. I would stay here again when I’m back in the area.

Amazing family vacation

Very impressed with the condo, it’s just as the pictures and listing describe. The ocean view is simply stunning, and you can’t beat the location. The check in process was seamless and the instructions provided by Melody were clear. We had everything we needed for our stay for a few days. Would recommend this place to others and we will plan on coming back again!!!

Good location, quiet, peaceful , clean

Enjoyed my stay in Malibu. The apartment was very clean and felt cozy. Basic supplies provided. The view was spectacular as well as the sound of the ocean. Close to many good restaurants and hikes. Would return!

Our stay was really enjoyable, thanks to Melody, the friendly host. She responded quickly to our questions from the moment we booked, making everything smooth. The place is clean and well-equipped, right by the lake with a big, nice beach. Plus, there are awesome restaurants, coffee shops, and lots of things to do nearby.
