This home is being professionally managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida . We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

Harbor Circle is a bay-street with most homes having bay access. The home has a white sandy beach on the bay, but Public Beach Access #2 on Alligator Point is the Gulf access point closest to the home. You can view a map of where it is in relation to the home in the photos.
Lockbox code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Downstairs bedroom/bath has a separate door code which will be provided if your party is utilizing that space.

Romance of the Seas is located on Alligator Point on Florida's Forgotten Coast on the bay side where the fishing is fabulous and wildlife is abundant. There is a bike trail on Alligator Drive a few houses down from the home for your biking enjoyment, and the area is full of opportunities for adventure, from kayaking, boating, canoeing, and fishing to just enjoying the perfectly peaceful setting that this area of coast has to offer!
This 3 BR/2.5 BA home requires a flight of stairs to reach the main level. The main level of the home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The large kitchen is perfect for family meals and comes equipped with plenty of pots, pans, and appliances. The optional third bedroom is located downstairs and is separate from the house with its own half bath.
The two upstairs bedrooms have a king bed. The optional 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Each full bathroom has an enclosed glass shower.

Outdoors there is a downstairs lounging area with outdoor furniture and hammocks off the carport, and upstairs there is a porch dining/lounging area. There is an outdoor shower off the back patio area.
Alligator Point is a remote area and public transportation is not available. However, it is a great area to drive around in a golf cart- there are various rental places in the area!
Romance of the Seas can be rented as a 2/2 home or including the 3rd bedroom and half bath downstairs. This bedroom/bath has its own entry and is separate from the main home. If you are utilizing the separate downstairs area, the 3rd bedroom/bathroom, there is a charge of $25 per day which can be adjusted post-reservation. You will receive a door code for that area. If you need to adjust your reservation after booking to either include or not include the 3rd bedroom, just let the host know. We are happy to help!
*The home will never be rented by separate parties. We don't rent the downstairs bedroom as its own unit, so if you are only using the main house, there will not be any other guests staying in the bottom bedroom/bath.
The home has a small, white sandy beach on the bay, but if you're looking for Gulf beach access, Public Beach Access #2 is the closest - it is 0.5 miles from the home. There is parking at the beach area (map in photos). It is also an easy walk!

Dogs allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee. Yard is fully fenced.
