Stayed here many times

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There's probably not a more perfect property in Kure Beach to accommodate multiple families. Its basically a house, a one bedroom condo and an efficiency apartment all under one roof.

Communication was slow and snotty. Fire alarm was going off when we got there and it smelled muggy. Internet and appliances kept turning off. Expected customers to do a lot of chores at check out with an early check out time. Also odd to threaten extra charges if you use the white towels for makeup but only had one black washcloth.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding communication, the late check-out request was received the evening before departure, after our cleaning schedule had already been arranged. Our team made an effort to rearrange the schedule and accommodate your request. The request regarding white towels is simply to prevent permanent stains from makeup and self-tanner. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving both our communication and guest experience.
