Welcome to your Sedona escape, a thoughtfully designed downstairs studio suite offering sweeping red rock views and a private hot tube perched perfectly for sunsets and stargazing. This open, light-filled space blends comfort and functionality.

Guest Access
Guest have private access to the entire studio, deck, hot tub, and parking. Guests do not have access to the upstairs unit. Do not use the spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs unit. If you are interested in the upstairs unit as well, reach out for more information.

Listing Notes
Large vehicles may have trouble getting into the driveway as it is very narrow and steep. You may use the dirt parking spot west of the house and down circle drive (the way you came in).

Please be courteous of upstairs unit.
