Summary:

Enjoy a stylish and spotless stay in this centrally located 1-bedroom condo, perfectly situated in the heart of Halifax. This large unit features a Casper queen bed, a 65-inch smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, washer & dryer. Property also has a rooftop swim spa.

Your in walking distance to top restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hospitals, and the beautiful Public Gardens — and just a 5-minute stroll to the waterfront.

Indoor parking is available for $25 per day.



The Space:

Experience the charm of Halifax while relaxing in our spotless, modern and bright 1 Bedroom unit.



This 1 bedroom unit has a full kitchen with 6 appliances, bedroom with a Casper queen size mattress & bathroom with a shower and tub .



We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 5-7 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.



Guest Access:

You have access to a full-size gym within the building & rooftop swim spa.



Other Things to Note:

Located in downtown Halifax, this property is within a 7 minute walk to the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk and Casino Nova Scotia. Scotiabank Centre is just around the corner and Halifax Convention Centre about 5 minutes.



You will be in the middle of it all that the downtown has to offer. Get ready to enjoy the delicious food and bakery around the corner, while enjoying a beverage at the local bar where the vibe is always live!!

This is an attractive one bedroom unit walkable to the downtown wharf. Note that the walk to the wharf is slightly downhill which you will feel a bit when returning uphill. the unit was clean and contained all the necessary items for our six nights stay Tthe unit has a balcony. It stares out at the exterior of another building and what appears to be presently a construction site the unit is across the street from Citadel Hill, which is a major tourist attraction and makes for a convenient visit. The area itself has a vibrant music scene with many venues with various types of performances. Within an hour drive are some beautiful scenic experiences and places like Peggy‘s Cove, Hubbard Cove, and Lunenberg. The parking garage was a definite plus as parking can be an issue in the downtown Halifax area.

Condo was a good place to stay full of practical amenities. Easy access to downtown sites and harbour front. The climb up the hill was a workout and not for the faint of heart, especially in the wind. The sidewalk closed next to the building was inconvenient but easily navigated alternative routes. The condo was tidy but the bathroom cleaning was lacking. Bring your own tissues. Host was quick to respond for the most part. Overall, decent place to stay on our first trip to Halifax.

Pam, Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper (three rolls) upon arrival. As a short-term rental rather than a hotel, guests are expected to purchase additional supplies as needed during their stay. Halifax is well known for its hills, and it is quite common for downtown properties to be located on an incline. Regarding the sidewalk closure, this is due to city regulations, and pedestrians are required to use the opposite side of the street in accordance with local bylaws. We’re sorry to hear that the cleaning did not meet your expectations, as this is something we take great pride in. We do wish this had been brought to our attention during your stay so we could have addressed it right away. We also reached out on the evening of your check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory, and at that time, you had indicated that everything was great. We appreciate your feedback and will continue striving to provide the best possible experience for our guests. We hope that you have a great day and thank you again.
