We welcome you, your friends & family to our completely 2022 remodeled 6 bedroom 4 bathroom home. With 5 king size beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen sized pull out sofa-beds. We accommodate 16 guests comfortably. Our open-concept living space is great for group getaways. Enjoy spending the outdoors in our expansive, beautiful deck, and pergola under the lights.

You have the entire home to yourself. Includes gated parking for up to 4 cars and free street parking. No parking on the grass.

This 2500 sq ft ranch style home is newly remodeled in 2022. It is a modern farmhouse design with an open concept living space. Enjoy our incredible outdoor area perfect for entertaining, grilling, or just relaxing with friends and family.
Sure, eating at all the amazing restaurants is fun...but sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That is why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook a nice dinner.
Washer and dryer available on site.

We provide self check-in using smart locks. On the morning of check-in detailed instructions will be sent to you containing the following:

WiFi password
Host contact information
The home is on a large 10,000 sq ft private gated lot. Relax in the yard and escape the grind!

**Extra attention is paid to sanitizing this space to guard against any contagion**
**Please be assured we prioritize and are proactive about protecting our guests' health and safety**
**Absolutely no smoking indoors. If any smoke smell is detected a $350 fee will be applied**
**This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There are exterior Ring cameras for added security**
**Please remember that you're staying in a neighborhood, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP**
