Originally from Washington, I’ve been living in St. Petersburg for the past 10 years and absolutely love it here. The vibe of the city, the friendly people, and being so close to the beaches make it such a special place to call home.

I enjoy sharing that experience with guests and creating a relaxing place where family, friends, couples, or travelers can truly unwind and enjoy everything the area has to offer. From amazing local restaurants to beautiful waterfront spots and beach days, there’s always something to enjoy here.

I still travel back and forth to Washington because we own a business there, but I spend most of my time in St. Pete and love hosting guests who are looking to experience this wonderful area for themselves.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds — a quiet, safe residential feel while still being just minutes from all the fun and energy of downtown St. Petersburg and the beautiful St. Pete Beach area beaches.

The neighborhood is peaceful and convenient making it easy for guests to relax after a day of exploring. We especially love how close everything is — great restaurants, waterfront parks, shopping, nightlife, and the Gulf beaches are all nearby.

The home itself is a cozy and welcoming two-bedroom space designed to comfortably accommodate guests, with two king beds that make it perfect for couples, families, or friends traveling together.
