The house is beautiful; very spacious, quiet, well-appointed. The bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable for our group of seven adults. The beach is just a short walk away. On the negative side -- while advertised as featuring a hot-tub, the water wasn't heated, and it automatically drained each evening at 6:00pm. Also, some items we might have expected in the kitchen -- e.g. paper towels (more than one roll); drip coffee filters; trash bags -- were not available.We were easily able to report issues and have them resolved -- e.g., a breaker that tripped one morning was quickly addressed.

The home is an excellent location. Ocean access is walkable. The street is its own nook and not on the busy street. The pool is a great size for some can be small. The description of the small area of the pool is not a hot tub. Quite disappointed by that was hoping at least the jets would work. However, the pool size helped. Wild dunes responds to your text when you have questions.
