Located on a quiet street and ideal for large groups, this stunning new construction offers 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, with space for everyone to relax and reconnect. Small dog friendly, too—because vacations are better with the whole family.
Designed with a reverse floor plan to maximize ocean views, the main living areas are light-filled and expansive, anchored by a large kitchen with a center island offering seating on three sides, perfect for gathering. The chef's kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces, complete with a game table, electric fireplace, and a separate den for movie nights or quiet downtime. A large pantry includes a full-size beverage refrigerator and refrigerator drawers, keeping everything organized and stocked. The primary King suite is located on this floor with seamless easy access to the home's amenities.
