• Guests enter via a secure, gated community.

• Access is monitored by security staff at the Paradise Palms Resort gate.



Resort Access:

• Guests enjoy full complimentary access to the Paradise Palms Resort Clubhouse.

• Amenities include a pool, lazy river, fitness centre, arcade, tennis courts, playground, café, and more.

Pool Hours: 8am-9:45pm

Bar & Grill:

Sunday to Wednesday from 11 AM to 8 PM

Thursday to Saturday from 11 AM to 9 PM

Café & Marketplace: Open daily, 8 AM–6 PM

Sundry Shop: Open seven days a week with adjusted hours.

Fitness Center: 8am-9:45pm

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay at Paradise Palm Resort. The property offers on-site parking for one vehicle, making it easy to come and go.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available for trips to local dining, shopping, or theme parks if you prefer not to drive.



Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 16 miles away by car, while Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is about 39 miles away.



Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are just a short drive from the resort, providing convenient access to everything you might need during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that we do not provide washcloths. Please bring your own washcloths to make use of during your stay.

• The pool heating service is currently not available. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding while our team is currently working on it.

• Package Deliveries: Paradise Palms Resort applies a $10 fee per package for short-term rental guests when collecting delivered items. Long-term stays of 6+ months are exempt from this fee.



Convenience Rentals:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pack 'N Play crib: $40

• Highchair: $40

House Rules:

1. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
