Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo unit, including the living area, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.
Building amenities such as the swimming pool, playground, gym, and common areas are accessible based on the condominium’s policies.
Swimming Pool Access Fee (paid directly to property management):
• ₱150 per person on regular days
• ₱300 per person on holidays
Pool availability and schedules are subject to building regulations and management guidelines.
Parking is available within the building for an additional fee, subject to availability.
