The cottage is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Asheville airport & is centrally located between Asheville & Hendersonville. Mountain View Cottage is dog friendly & is the perfect place to spend quality time with friends & family after a full day of adventures that WNC has to offer. Unwind by our outdoor firepit & take in the expansive view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Overall this is a wonderfully renovated and clean, pet friendly property. The kitchen and living area are open and spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side but very functional. The yard and outdoor living space have great views and room for pets and kids to play. The listing was a bit misleading with details of each individual bedroom but I believe this was most likely an error when uploading images to the app. We were in town for a family wedding and this property was conveniently located near Taylor Ranch and a great place for 10 of us to stay.

Western North Carolina is a special place that we fell in love with many years ago. We finally decided to follow our dreams and moved our family from the city to the mountains. This town is special and we know you are going to love visiting our town too. For years we have been purchasing old homes & giving them new life. We decided to combine our love of the mountains & home renovation & open an airbnb! Mountain View Cottage is truly a special property. It was originally built in 1940 and we renovated it while maintaining the history of the home. We live locally and are available day or night during your stay to assist you with any questions or needs you may have. Since we are locals we also know a ton of hidden gems in the area & would be happy to recommend activities, restaurants, hiking, vineyards, family friendly activities, breweries, local shopping, festivals & so much more that Western North Carolina & Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer.

We hope to host your mountain vacation at Mountain View Cottage.

Our Mountain View is truly something special that not many homes have. Our flat and spacious fenced in yard is perfect to let the dogs run free! They love it!
