A contemporary and elegant villa measuring 180sqm located in the middle of the vineyards in a quiet location and can accommodate up to 8 people. This property is consisted of two floors!

The first floor includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The fabulous location allows quick access to Dionysios Solomos Airport.

The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The exterior spaces are designed to provide you with maximum relaxation. The swimming pool (8 x 4 m depth 1.50) awaits you and after a swim, you can relax under the sun of Zakynthos on these comfortable deckchairs.

Relax in the outdoor dining area, after cooking thanks to a barbecue, The rest of the spacious and sunny garden is grassed with flowers.

Private parking is available within the premises and just 10 minutes drive, you will discover the well known seaside resort of Laganas, with the beautiful equipped sandy beach, bars and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes drive away the capital, Zante Town, is waiting to be explored.

The villa is located in Romiri a hillside settlement on Zakynthos Island, located between Lithakia and Macherado.
Just at a distance of 7km away from Zakynthos town & from the airport, Romiri village is set amongst green lush landscape with a fragrance of olive trees in the air.
Its geographical location makes it a good starting point for exploring the beauties of the island! This area of Zante is almost untouched by tourism and guests will have a sense of Zante rural lifestyle based on agriculture.
Maxairado village is known for the 14th Century, Church of Agia Mavra, one of the oldest churches on the island with its Venetian steeple and splendid frescoes and icons.
In the village you will find a post office, a small café/snack bar, mini markets & several houses very near the square.
