This was our 2nd time staying at a cabin in Laurel Estates and we have been so pleased both times! Everything was spotless! The amenities are always so appreciated especially with kids. The garage door was a great feature on this home and I highly recommend this home because of it. We felt like we had our own outdoor/indoor pool and the kids loved it! The dry sauna was also a great idea and was well used! Management was extremely attentive and we thanked them more than once for it because it’s so rare anymore. When we come back down we will stay with them again :).

It's great to hear the garage-style pool enclosure created such a unique indoor/outdoor experience and that both the pool and dry sauna were highlights of your trip. We also truly appreciate your kind words about our management team. Providing attentive service and creating memorable guest experiences are priorities for us, and your recognition means a great deal. Thank you again for your recommendation. Loved the house. Enough room for the whole family to come and celebrate my mother's 80th birthday! Got scared at first because I couldn't fine the 6th bedroom which was clearly my mistake because it was listed on website lol. The one suggestion I will give.... There are bears really close by. One walked downstreet as we were getting luggage out of cars. Then another day it popped out from across the street as we were getting in car to leave. We all had to retreat in the house, and it came on porch as if it was ready to take a ride with us lol. As we slept, they attempted to get in all of our cars and was successful to the one person that forgot to lock doors, but fortunately no damage was done. Please be aware that you are in their habitat. Watch children and check before leaving house. Keep all doors locked at all times. Other than that, the house if beautiful! Loved the master bedroom as I was the host and got to stay in there. Plenty of cookware. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Thank you so much for your wonderful and entertaining review! We're honored that you chose the home to celebrate your mother's 80th birthday—what a special milestone for the entire family! It sounds like our local bear residents made themselves especially memorable during your visit! We truly appreciate you reminding future guests that the Smoky Mountains are their natural habitat and that everyone should remain aware of their surroundings, supervise children, and always keep homes and vehicles locked. We're very glad your unexpected visitor didn't cause any damage! We're delighted you loved the home, especially the master suite, and found plenty of space and cookware for your family celebration. And we're glad that mysterious sixth bedroom eventually revealed itself! Thank you for recommending the home and for choosing to celebrate such an important occasion with us. We would love to welcome your family back for another memorable Smoky Mountain getaway!
