Beautiful house. Perfect location. Close to the both the nature aspect of Gatlinburg and the “touristy” downtown stuff. Saw bears every day from the back deck. Host was quick to respond to any messages (only message was about parking, there are 4 spots that are kind of tight—-they let us know where else we could park). My family will def be coming again!! We loved it so much!!

What a wonderful review—thank you! It sounds like you found one of our favorite things about this location: you can enjoy the peaceful, natural side of the Smoky Mountains (with daily bear sightings from the back deck!) while still being close enough to enjoy all the fun and excitement of downtown Gatlinburg. We're also glad our team could quickly help with the parking question and make things a little easier for your group. Most of all, we love hearing how much your family enjoyed the home and that you're already planning to come back. We can't wait to welcome everyone back for another amazing Gatlinburg getaway!

Fun for all in the Mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family and extended family had a great time staying at this house. It was in a great location, the only thing we notice was that the floor of the main level didnt seem super clean but other than that it was great! The pool in the basement was great for the kids, along with all of the other games that were provided. Definetley recommend!

Great place to stay! They had maintenance on the pool that had to be done while we were there. They property manager called us to let us know they would be coming, maintenance people were faster and got there before we got a call, but they did call and explain what was going on and were so friendly. That is only time we had to talk to property management and they were awesome!! 10/10 would recommend and will stay with the company again!
