Having stayed in several condos through the years , Condo 16a was very nice . Well maintained and equipped. We would definitely love to stay again.

Return to Napili Point

We had a lovely time. And we would do it again. The ocean, sunset and cove were fantastic to see daily. We have been staying at Napili Point off and on over the last 40 years. It's a beautiful location.

Amazing Snorkeling

Private ocean front on a beautiful private snorkeling cove. Step outside your door and swim with turtles. Recommend for adults. Not a beach for young children. Wonderful stay.

Napili Point

The condo A-16 I stayed is was very clean and didn't smell. The furnishings were all in good condition and the kitchen had everything I needed to eat at the condo. The knives could use some sharpening. The view is awesome! I enjoyed sitting on the patio. There are so many turtles and colorful fish in the bay. I would recommend this condo.

Great location!

Great location. Turtles galore right outside in the bay. Wonderful sunsets. A bit dated, but clean and the location is great. Cons include the beach/pool towels, they don't take away the trash even if you follow the instructions and leave it outside as directed (you end up seeing many bags of trash just sitting outside units all day... I just took it to the dumpster myself to avoid the eyesore), no salt/pepper (kinda weird, but more of a nuisance as we needed to buy individual shakers for a short stay). Overall I'd highly recommend this place.

Laid back coast retreat with awesome sunset views!

Favorite beach stay yet for us. Loved the location where we could watch whales breaching off shore while enjoying beverages on our lanai (bring binoculars during whale season!). Snorkeling in the bay just in front of the condo is amazing - saw a dozen turtles this morning. Entry and exit can be rough if the sea is choppy at all, so best to go in the morning with calm waters. Walking to Napili Bay was easy (though does require comfort/balance with uneven ground/rocks). We enjoyed snorkeling at Molokini and Honolua Bay very much. Book with Trilogy - their tours are great and so worth it!As for the condo, sofa bed isn't very comfortable, but passable for a child. Lots of kitchen utensils and pans. Wish the dishwasher did a better job cleaning dishes. Appreciated the beach chairs in the unit. Easy parking that felt secure.We would totally stay here again. Great price for the location and views!

Lovely snorkel spot

We loved staying in our lovely ocean-front condo. This is a quiet spot with wonderful sunsets and awesome snorkeling just steps outside your door.

Everything u need plus turtles!

The close up view of Turtle cove is wonderful! Plus the condo is thoughtfully well provisioned. Everything we needed kitchen tools to a pool noodle was here. We have had a lovely stay. Thanks to the owners👍🏻

Fabulous Hawaiian Holiday

Our accommodations were perfect! The property is well maintained. The kitchen updated and well stocked with dishes, flatware, cooking utensils & pans. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. The cleaning and maintenance staff are excellent. We will be back!

Great location for snorkelling with turtles!!

The place was exactly as advertised, and we had a great time snorkelling with, (and also just viewing from shore) the many turtles in the bay. And the Napili Bay beach is beautiful and sandy, and less then a 5 min walk along the coast.

Beautiful views plus AC!!!

We loved our stay! Being able to walk out the door and snorkel 30 feet away was something I’ve never experienced! We walked to Napili as well. The master bed is very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the condo. My kids said the sofa bed was comfortable. I would love to rent this property again for my next visit!

Avoid the crowds and feel at home

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a clean, safe, and convenient place away from the crowds. The view from the lanai is just as pictured and ideal to enjoy while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The snorkeling right in front of the unit is full of turtles (we think we counted five on one snorkel.) We didn't use the pool, but it looked great. Overall, pros: wonderful having a kitchen and avoiding restaurants for every meal, more relaxing away from crowds of tourists, and beachside accommodations without paying much more at other resorts we were considering. Cons: the unit is a bit dated (but very clean and comfortable) and found it annoying that we were told we couldn't exchange dirty beach towels for clean ones. (We were told to wash them ourselves in the washer and dryer in the unit? I'm not someone who looks for new opportunities to do laundry on vacation and the cleaning personelle do change out the bath towels...so are they encouraging residents to take bath towels to the beach if beach towels are dirty?) However, inconveniences were minor and we would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Relaxing! View was Amazing!

We have stayed at various properties in Napili for the past 35 years. This was our first stay at the point. We felt this was more of an adult location. Great for snorkeling right outside your door but it would have been harder with children going back and forth to the beach. A Snorkle Bob’s is a short walk away. The resort is spotless. The unit had everything you could need and we appreciated the quality of the pots and cooking utensils. Not many rentals have washers and dryers. Daily service was a nice touch as well. Our only suggestions are the resort beach towels were worn out and it may be time to reupholster the furniture. The lamps were not adequate for evening reading which we enjoy.

Clean wth a wonderful view

Staff was great, service every day. unit has a motorized sunscreen over lanai, pools are well maintained and close, easy access to ocean with excellent snorkeling! Lots of privacy just a great place to vacation.

My wife and I first visited Maui in 1986 with our son and daughter-in-law and stayed at Napili Point. We fell in love with the island and came back to buy our own little home in paradise. After viewing numerous properties in West Maui, we realized Napili Point was the only place to buy and were lucky enough that A16 was for sale!!
