Enjoy the large & open kitchen, living room and dining area, fully stocked kitchen with stove, refrigerator microwave, dishwasher, Central HVAC, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi. TV's. Four bedroom and four full baths. A short walk to the Beach or rent a golf cart to enjoy Cherry Grove! Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, pets or house parties allowed. This property does not have a washer/dryer.



The Space:

Four Bedrooms (2 Queen Beds , 4 Double Beds) / Four Full Baths, front and back porch, located on the channel, open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room. There is One cable box and other tvs use Roku or streaming device. A short walk to the Beach or rent a golf cart to enjoy Cherry Grove! This property does not have a washer/dryer.



Guest Access:

Guest will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.

Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft.

Must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES

Weekly stays only during High season months.



The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
