Newly remodeled duplex one block away from the beach, the porch is facing Ocean Blvd. Two almost identical side by side 2BR/1BA units.
Every unit got 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and it's own living room.
Hardwood floors and original cedar wall planks will create those cozy cabin vibes to dream of.

5 parking spots for small and medium size cars or 2 for big cars.

One block to the beach. Walking distance to Main Street area offering great local eateries and shops.

Professionally done cleaning.
The property shares a courtyard with another 2 story house, forming a private triplex-style compound. The entire enclosed joint (2 properties, 3 units) can be rented together, please inquire for details.
