Welcome to Pelican Isle 208 – Sandy Shores, managed by Easy Vacation Services.
This charming 2nd-floor, 820 sq. ft. condo is located on the pristine beaches of Okaloosa Island, perfect for small families or couples seeking a relaxing beach escape. With easy access to the beach and stunning Gulf views, Sandy Shores offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.
Inside, the condo features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A cozy bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) in the hallway and a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living room provide additional sleeping space for up to 6 guests.
The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep, and the condo includes linens, towels, and an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. You'll also enjoy one reserved covered parking spot in the garage.
Outdoor activities abound! Take advantage of the FREE beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella, available March 1st – October 31st), swim in the large pool, or relax in the hot tub during cooler months. You can also cook up a meal at the charcoal grilling area or stay active in the on-site fitness room.
Please note: A signed Rental Agreement is required for all bookings and must be electronically signed within 48 hours of booking.

Property has several positive points: private garage parking space allows you to leave beach items in trunk each day, great view from balcony with palm tree on one side-good for pics, close to elevator to go down to beach, clean condo!!!

Other than having to sweep the floor upon arrival, this place was great and comfy beds. In great location . Have to pay extra to reserve the beach chairs though. Chair service guy was rude but still nice to have that included with booking AJ’s is a close great place to eat .

Great little getaway

We have stayed in this complex many of times, always a great stay! This was our first “fall”visit and it’s been the best! There were 2-3 forecasted hurricanes that either didn’t form or missed us. We were thankful, but this will NOT deter us from booking again in the fall! Don’t hesitate, get insurance and go! Our condo was just as pictured. Our 6yo loved the bunk bed setup! The master is a king platform style bed and slept great! Kitchen was clean and well stocked with everything you could need for cooking and serving! 2nd floor is perfect view to seen dolphins from the balcony and relax and watch the sunset!

It was great!!

We had a great time here we stayed a week there was plenty to do. Plenty of restaurants nearby and activities for the kids( zoo water park etc.) The view was great from the property it was a very nice spot. We didn’t mind the palm tree by the balcony gave a bit of privacy and didn’t obscure the view at all. Although we did have a very hard time with the sliding doors they kept getting stuck not even I or the kids could open it, it had to be my husband but other than that there are no complaints just compliments. Lots of cooking tools if you plan on cooking which we did. This place had everything we needed we stayed with our 2 younger children 8 and 10. Plenty of space for them to roam around and play inside. They also had a borrowing bin for beach toys which was nice the kids enjoyed! Thank you for a great stay!!

Beautiful !!!

Excellent location close to beach , restaurants and activities. Our family of 5 consists of 2 teenagers and a 6 year old and had plenty of room. The condo was clean , quiet and having a covered reserved parking spot in close proximity of the elevator was wonderful. We had red flags all week but we made the best of it and played on the beach. They provided Chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The pool was perfect and I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

View is amazing!

We loved the location of this condo. Room was great though we really were only there to shower, eat breakfast, prep lunch, and sleep. The AC worked great! Beds were comfy enough, or we were just so tired we slept great. Water heater lasted through 4 adults showering. We really have nothing to complain about.

Nice location

The stay was good until it was not. The place was nice and we were having wonderful time until we found a water leak that spread under some of the flooring. We had one more day left of our stay when we noticed this and contacted host. They offered to move us to a condo or for us to leave a day earlier with a refund for the day. We wanted to stay because they offered to move us to a different condo, once we told them we indeed wanted to stay, they started telling us they did not have any condos vacant at the location, but instead they would have to move us to a condo that was not even nearby. We felt that they basically wanted us to leave and that was the only reason they offered to move us. The host was hinting in accusatory way that we should have told them earlier about the leak, even though we had no clue about it. We were not even spending enough time in the condo to discover it. Once we told them we will be leaving and to give us a little bit of time to shower and pack, cleanup crew was sent even before we got out of the shower. Guys were kind enough to wait for us to pack up and leave. We did receive a refund for that one day.

Perfect!

Very pleased with the accommodations, location, and booking process. Our room was located just around the corner from the elevator which was a plus for us as my husband is disabled. The view from the 2nd story was amazing. Will definitely be visiting again!

Quick beach visit

Stopped into this unit for a couple of nights heading back home. Floor was a bit gritty feeling but to be expected as people track in sand from the beach all day, everyday. Pelican isle seems to be a bit of an older building complex, so be warned that you can hear your neighbors. We could hear above and below us as well as next to us. Look at pictures carefully, as this isn’t a fully remodeled unit. Overall, it was still a good stay. Quick to beach access and had a good view. We love Okaloosa and the area and hope to be back again soon.

Full of pot smoke and cigars and cigarettes and loud drunks that no one did anything about despite telling front desk and management company. Furniture in room was not stable at all including the bed that broke immediately. In fact we left a day early. People smoke under beach umbrellas and constantly pot etc on porches and nothing is done. One toilet broken. Why not immediately evict those who smoke on porch or on beach under the umbrellas? Our worst experience ever we left PCB for a reason. Never stay here again

Rental property as described in pics. Loved sitting outside on balcony in morning with book and coffee. Beach chairs and umbrella available as listing described with no problems securing.

Great place to stay for family vacation

Condo was perfect for family vacation. Condo was nicely laid out and well furnished. Our family enjoyed our time there and will definitely be coming back.

Okaloosa experience at the best...

Condo is pretty good ...clean and nicely managed. Parking spot helps in summer and during busy times. View from balcony is amazing... exactly beach front location....short walk to beach...not much crowded also.... all the family enjoyed the beach every day ... Couple of observations... Bunk beds can be extended by removing the boxes on one side which also helps to place pillows properly......balcony chairs are bit high...getting up and down on them is difficult...but after you sit they are very comfortable...

Great trip

We had a very nice time on the beach. There were always beach chairs available even over the busy 4th of July weekend.
