Starter Supplies: To get you settled in, we provide a starter kit for each bathroom: two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, linens, towels, starter toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. Please plan to purchase your own additional supplies for the duration of your stay.
Beach Essentials: We provide beach essentials to make your trips to the coast even more convenient.
Professional Maintenance: For your comfort, the home is professionally cleaned before your arrival, the pool is serviced weekly, the property is treated for pests monthly, and the HVAC system is serviced quarterly. Please note that while the pool is screened, some leaves or outdoor debris may naturally find their way into the water between services.

No smoking inside: $500 fee for violations.
