Madison, Cody & the Ball BNB team will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! Our hope is that you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do while making memories with your friends and family that last a lifetime!

We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

Primary renter must be aged 25 years or older per HOA requirements

**NOTE** From September 15th, 2026 through January 31st, 2027. renovations will be taking place to the exterior of the Phoenix IV building that this unit is in. There will be noise and visible construction during this time frame. Prices are discounted accordingly for this time frame and if a guest books for a reservation within 9/15-26-1/31/27, no further refunds will be given for the construction disturbances taking place.
