• One valet parking space included with 24/7 service
(Only one vehicle is permitted. The garage cannot accommodate a second car. Street parking and a nearby paid lot with daily rates are available if needed.)
• Vehicles not allowed in the valet garage include:

Cars with breathalyzers, unsafe modifications, or faulty brakes

Oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, 10+ passenger vehicles, or anything exceeding the 6`8 height clearance

Dually or service trucks with extra-wide wheels, lockers, or containers

After-market lifted vehicles or those with oversized custom rims and tires

Motorcycles or tricycles without car-style controls

Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property

- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
