Just a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea, the luxury penthouse 4.02 is located on the fourth floor of the "White Pearl" and accommodates 5 people in 107 m².

The spacious penthouse features two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double box-spring bed—one of the bedrooms opens onto the balcony—as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps one person. There is also a light-filled living area with a large window front that opens onto the open, fully equipped kitchenette and the beautiful dining area. Two luxurious bathrooms with showers round out the penthouse.

Highlights of the penthouse include a private glass-enclosed sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and the magnificent, furnished balcony with sun loungers, which invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh sea air. The apartment includes an underground parking space. This apartment is accessible in accordance with the LBO. Our top-floor apartments are accessible via the communal rooftop terrace.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
