You are also a short walk to a number of restaurants and attractions. * Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors.
* Repeated disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.

No Smoking
* This is a strictly non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the unit or building.
* Violations will incur a $250 cleaning fee and may result in cancellation without refund.

* Undisclosed pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet.
