Welcome to our humble home. A beautiful two levels that combined to offer 4+ bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and a spacious living area. The two levels is separated by a flight of stairs and has 5 beds to accommodate 9+ guests. You will be treated to a foodies area with more than 30+ restaurants within walking distance. Minutes to Downtown, McCormick Place, and popular attractions. Walking distance to public transit, stores, Walgreens, Starbucks, and many great restaurants.

So much to do within walking distance. Nine Bar is a great speakeasy and our experience at Yao Yao was very satisfying.

Before anything, I want to praise Annie and her team for being responsive and incredibly helpful when called upon. We originally booked our trip on another app at a lower price, but due to some issue, the app cancelled the reservation. We were able to re-book here and Annie and her team happily refunded us the difference in the booking prices. We had to reach out about the WiFi (the network listed in the instructions did not actually appear when trying to connect) and they replied with the correct network name. When we went to throw away our trash at the end of our stay, we could not locate the dumpsters listed in the instructions. We reached out to Annie and her team and they told us to just not even worry about it and that they would take care of it.I will say, however, that the listing is not entirely forthcoming in that it is two separate units on different floors connected by a stairwell. Reading through the listing initially, I didn’t get that impression; I assumed this was a single unit. Additionally, the secondary unit is in the basement and as you walk the length of it, towards the back, there is a not insignificant mildew smell. The individual in our group that stayed in the basement unit said it wasn’t too bad sleeping in the bedroom though.And finally, there are people living in the unit on the third floor. I wouldn’t usually complain about people just living but they were very loud, even as late as 2 am when it sounded like they dropped 1000 marbles.
