Had this house for a low key bachelorette. The house was magnificent and had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely recommend for a large group!

Beautiful House

This was a beautiful house! It’s so nice inside with lots of space to hang out and sleep. It’s in a great location too. Very close to all the shops, restaurants, and an easy pretty walk to the beach! We would definitely stay there again.

Great Rosemary House

This house was perfect for our family (adults and children). We could easily walk or bike to restaurants, the pools, and the beach. I highly recommend Amen Corner!

fabulous house for girls getaway

everything about the property was fabulous. The location right near town center, the house itself was breath taking and the management company was super easy to work with. we’ve been taking girls trips together for 8 years and this was our favorite property!

Beautifully remodeled and updated property. Perfect location in the heart of Rosemary - 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Definitely will return to this property.

Another great stay

This is our second year staying in this wonderful property. We stayed for 3 weeks and it feels like home. Everything is extremely well appointed and the house is perfectly situated. It is now our home away from home in Rosemary beach. Really. A special property.

Forever and Ever, Amen!

We love it! It’s our happy place and it feels like home. We come back year after year. Perfectly situated near the square and a major beach access walk way on the downtown greenway. Right in the middle of everything that makes Rosemary great!

A little corner of heaven

This is a wonderful property. Beautifully laid out with high end everything. Properly appointed kitchen for any chef, which is a real luxury in a rental. Furniture is likewise top notch. Rosemary beach is a great location with restaurants, shops,etc. this is situated conveniently to all.

The house was absolutely beautiful! If I was just rating the house and location alone, it would be 5 stars all the way. We loved it! I gave a 4 star rating due to some inconveniences that could easily be solved to make the stay more turnkey. The house could be better stocked compared to other places I've stayed. We traveled from across the country and having to buy extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish cleaner, dishwasher soap, etc... for a week long stay which ended up in a lot of extra supplies, wasn't ideal. Additionally, the house could use more basics like salt/pepper, storage containers, aluminim foil, etc... there wasn't really any of that.There were no house instructions for things like the TVs, sound bar, etc. which left us with some frustrations trying to figure those out. Additionally, a few beach chairs and a cooler would be very useful. Renting the beach chairs every day from the rental company quickly added up significantly and with the weather not being always ideal for all day rentals (plus no option to cancel or transfer the days due to rain and such), just having a couple chairs at the house to take down to the beach on the fly would have been a really nice convenience.As I said, the house is stunning, the location is completely ideal. But, we thought these adds would really improve the overall experience - especially for guests flying in without a way to bring extra items / take surplus home.

We’ve been vacationing in Rosemary for more than 15 years and somehow missed Amen Corner. We won’t make that mistake again! It’s lovely!

Great House, Great Location...a bit close to 30A...

Great house and an awesome location, very close to the center or Rosemary - however, you do get a lot of noise from 30A. I cannot say enough great things about this house, but if you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, this is not the house for you. Kids will love the closeness to the ice cream shops, the green and it's a short walk to the beach and Pearl Hotel. This is a family friendly house1

Best location if not the beach

This house was absolutely wonderful! We stayed there for 3 weeks, and enjoyed having such a wonderful location and space for all of our visiting guests. Only downfall for being right by the shopping center is the trash trucks! Be prepared to be jolted out of bed when they come by! If you are driving there I highly recommend bringing a box fan that drowns out the noise. We will definitely book this house for next year!

Stunning home, perfect location!

The home was stunning and very clean! We spent many nights on the porch which was so comfortable. Very clean and safe area! So close to the beach and shops! Unfortunately the oven didn’t work and we called the emergency line because we had a private chef cooking us dinner and unfortunately nobody got back to us or reached out to help with solution. We ended up using the grill which had an empty propane tank so the chef had to run and get a full one to use. Not ideal situation but would still stay again because the property was beautiful and in the perfect location.

2nd time to Rosemary

Really enjoyed the house. It was a little odd with the kitchen and living area upstairs but once we settled in it was fine. Great house; but I will say the upstairs AC seemed to struggle to keep the house cool especially midday thru the early morning. The one upstairs bedroom seemed to lack good circulation and was the hottest room in the house. We used a fan the whole time to help move some cooler air in the living area to the bedroom and that seemed to make it sleepable.

Nice enough house and location, but

Only setbacks (but they were pretty big for us) was that 1)the WiFi was beyond bad....continually needed to reset the router and then it would work for a bit and stop again. Chewed up a ton of hot spot data so that the 8 of us could all stayed connected, especially during a pandemic and 2). It wasn’t all that well stocked for 8 people. Example - 4 coffee mugs, exactly 8 forks, etc. this was our 10th trip to rosemary and have not experienced those issues before. If that is somehow Covid related a heads up would have been good and we would have packed more stuff from home I guess

Awesome place for many reasons

We’ve been coming to 30A for many years for a family beach trip and stayed at several properties. This by far is the best house we’ve rented. The floorplan is terrific. The family/kitchen/dining area is large and spacious more than any other place we stayed at. There are 3 great balconies each is different and offers a different vibe. The kitchen area is large enough for 4 plus people to cook and prepare together in most places we’ve been it was for 2 people. The big plus was a full pantry right off the kitchen to store all the things 3 families brought. A nice addition was a small table with stools for the little ones. We had a 7- and 5-year-old and they loved the table so they could have their own space. The location cannot be beaten. A short walk to the beach and the pool. A park area in front and side and few feet away is the restaurants and shops of Rosemary beach. The property is tastefully decorated. We had a hard time sleeping on one side of the second-floor bed but after a few days, the maintenance team replaced the box spring and mattress. It turns out the box string wood supports were broken. It would have been nice to get a heads-up, but it was nice without asking the replacements to arrive. Overall we love this property and will be putting in a deposit to rent it next year next week.

AMAZING

This place could not have been more perfect! We absolutely loved it. This might have been the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean, it gave everyone enough space, and had a great kitchen for cooking. The beauty of the house and the location were the two biggest take aways. It was also so close to the shops and restaurants it made it easy for everyone to meet up for dinner or go grab something on their own. Lastly, they were super great at communicating with us and accomodating on any needs we had. I HOPE I can come back to stay here at some point in my future!
