We had the best time at this massive house

Pros: The pool, though not heated was a fine temperature, great views of the mountains from the pool terrace. The rooms are massive, the beds are really big! There are 2 massive tv's that we didn't use. William was really great and checked us in at 1.30am and gave us very late check out! The grounds are the stand out of this place, table tennis, tennis, all equipment, trampoline, lots of place to sit, BBQs, a massive table under cover with lights, a speaker for tunes. You can walk merely 10mins down a pretty path to supermarket and a proper local bar. Bus stop nearby for 20min ride in to Palma. Awesome, we will be back.

WOW!We travelled as a group of 10 (5 couples celebrating some 50th birthdays) and the whole experience from booking to check-out with the lovely man that is William (the host) was an absolute triumph. He reached out to me as the lead guest to explain and ensure completion of documentation was understood weeks before travel, the local taxes and how to pay them. He replied to the few questions we had and went out of his way to facilitate an earlier (noon) check-in as we were travelling to arrive at breakfast time.He was there when we needed him but also allowed us to enjoy his beautiful accommodation without any imposition. The property was immaculately clean in every way, the gardens superbly well kept and looking glorious too. The property is a traditional old-style Spanish villa and retains it's authenticity without scrimping on features or volume of features for big groups. There's a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two large TVs, a large Bluetooth speaker and even a piano. The pool is small but big enough to have a dip, a swim and there's sunbeds for all and enough shade. The highlight is the vast grounds, you will clock up steps just having a walkaround, the outside dinning area and large barbeque just screams out to be used at every opportunity. Table Tennis, Tennis, Football all equipment provided. It's out of the way, 15-20 min walk to a small area of quiet bars and a supermarket but that's part of the charm, just great with a fabulous host.
