This place was great and enjoyable stay for the group we had. In a quiet little area and close enough to the city but still far enough away to be out.

Becky was a fantastic host and her place was perfect for our stay! The location is great—close to Kansas City but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially appreciated the pet-friendly setup and the fully fenced backyard, which was perfect for our dog. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

What a wonderful home, neighborhood and host. We had a very nice time. Home is very clean and well maintained. Communication was smooth and always available. Backyard was handily for our dogs. The layout of the home is great for 2-3 couples. Shopping for groceries and gas close by. You won’t be disappointed if you come here.

Outstanding guest from start to finish. Communication was easy, respectful, and timely, and she took great care of the home during her stay. The property was left in excellent condition, which is always appreciated more than guests probably realize. You can tell she is an experienced and thoughtful traveler who respects the spaces she stays in. I would absolutely host Sharon again without hesitation and highly recommend her to any host.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds, easy access to Kansas City, local wedding venues, and major highways while still feeling quiet and relaxed.

It’s a peaceful residential area that’s great for wedding guests, families, business travelers, and anyone looking for a comfortable place to recharge after a busy day.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes this home unique is how comfortably it works for both event travel and everyday stays. Located minutes from Deer Ridge Estate and other local venues, it offers convenient access to Kansas City while still giving guests a quiet place to relax at the end of the day.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms, smart TVs in every room, strong WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private fully fenced backyard that’s great for families and guests traveling with dogs.

The shaded patio seating and Blackstone griddle add an outdoor space guests can actually enjoy, making the home feel more relaxing and functional than a typical hotel stay.
