TV's in every room. 2 comfortable queen beds with soft sheets and blankets. Comfy couch and chairs with plenty of room to hang out, play games, visit with friends or just relax. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer.

Working from home, there is a quite little desk area or large open kitchen bar.

This property is very comfortable and has all one would need for a stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within a short walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and convenient bus stops with low cost service to the university, downtown, airport and other points around town. I experienced one small issue and communicated with Sallie to address it. The beds are comfortable with plenty of covers and pillows. Ceiling fans throughout along with an efficient AC system keep the unit comfortable. The refrigerator is spacious and kitchen is well laid out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Instructions were great and access to the unit was simple. Just realize that it is on the third floor, but has a convenient staircase direct to the unit.

We had a very comfortable 2-week stay, it felt like home away from home. Check in was a breeze, our host Sallie provided clear instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was very clean, well stocked (plenty of towels, sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, etc) and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything to make homecooked meals. There were a couple of items we needed, and Sallie provided them quickly. There is washer and dryer in the unit which was great. The property is located at the end of dead-end street so it was pretty quiet. It should be noted that the unit is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up. While there is a dedicated parking space for tenants, it can be a bit tight. Street parking is not an option, it is limited to resident permits only. I highly recommend and would like to stay here again the next time we're back in Austin.
