Im a travel nurse. I stayed at this property April 11 to May 1. I ended up leaving early as I was supposed to stay until May 12 but I just couldn't stand my roommates...spiders and cockroaches. When I arrived the unit had dust everywhere, dishes were dirty. There's no dishwasher. Dust crusted in the AC, under the bed, on the fridge. That much dust doesn't collect in a day, the place was not cleaned properly or checked. I had to scrub the place the night I moved in. The white couch was brown with stains. There were dirty socks under the bed. Cleaners were sent a week later after I had already cleaned. There were already cockroach bait in every corner on check in so it was clearly a known issue. Daily pests to the point I had to ask for pest control after sending pics of the cockroaches. Blinds didn't go up. Spider webs. I tried to fix the issue with the property manager but he told me roaches and spiders were normal in San Diego. My new place is in same area...no pests.. Worth forfeiting the rent to leave early.
