Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo, balcony, and all community amenities. Free Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry are included. We also provide complimentary coffee for your first morning.



Association guidelines require all cars on site to be registered with the front office. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles prior to their arrival. The cost is $25/car and a maximum of 2 cars per unit are approved. You must be 23 years of age or older to register for parking pass.



The Neighborhood:

St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort is located on beautiful Anastasia Island, just steps from St. Augustine Beach and minutes from the historic downtown district. Enjoy the serenity of the coast while being close to the action:



>Downtown St. Augustine is only 10–15 minutes away by car

> Enjoy beach side dining off A Street

>Plenty of beach space to put up umbrellas and enjoy and outside picnic



Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, however, many restaurants and the beach are both in a very short walking distance! Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT - Due to community restrictions, guest must be 23 years of age or older when booking. The community will not allow anyone under the age of 23 to enter the property without being accompanied by someone over the age of 23.

*Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.

*Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.
