• The Breeze: Hilltop airflow along with screens on all external doors & windows often reduce the need for constant AC.
• Electricity: 15 kWh/day included; excess billed at $0.40/kWh.
• Water: High-quality desalinated tap water (safe and great to drink); we encourage tap use to reduce plastic waste.
