Just a block over is the heart of NMB, Main Street, where you can browse unique shops, enjoy popular local restaurants from burgers to seafood, or just sit back and people watch, listening to beach music while sipping your favorite beverage.

This lovely Tilghman Cottage 08 has 4 bedrooms, 2 kings, 1 queen, and a bunkbed (double on bottom and twin on top). There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The open floor plan offers a vaulted ceiling in the living room and dining area. Upgrades like 65" inch TV, new flooring, and electric fireplace (remote controlled) make the room perfect for family entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and all that you will need to make those home cooked meals. There is a Carolina room off the dining area. The laundry room in the garage has a full-size washer/dryer. A patio area is accessible off one of the first floor bedrooms. Guest are allowed 1 parking space inside the garage and 2 exterior driveway spaces. Entry to the townhome is from the garage, into the foyer of the ground floor. The community pool is just a a stone's throw away!

Greg Rowles Legacy Theatre is a guaranteed fun-filled entertaining family venue that will not disappoint! Within 10 minutes, don't miss the fun at Barefoot Landing where you can visit The Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Duplin Winery, Lulu's Cafe, Blueberry Grill, Taco Mundo, plus weekly fireworks in the summer season. Broadway at the Beach is another famous area where you can make the most of family fun, with shopping, dining, and watching the kids have a great time at WonderWorks, Broadway Grand Prix, Myrtle Waves waterpark and more. This community has a pool (just a hop, skip, and jump away). Motorcycles, trailers, or pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking rental. This community is designed for families so no students or student groups please.

* No Loud Noise after 10 PM. $50 fee if security is called
* No Pets. $500 fee if pets or pet remnants are found
* Minimum rental age is 25 years - Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25.
