Top Floor Oceanfront Condo in North Myrtle Beach

Beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo (sleeps 6). Enjoy your coffee overlooking the Atlantic with a stunning panoramic view from this top floor end unit. This is a smaller building, with only 28 units. It's perfect for a quiet family vacation, yet close to dining, shopping, and mini-golf. The master has a queen bed with attached bath, second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom is small but perfect for the kids (with bunk beds and a fun ocean scene mural painted throughout the room). Basic supplies are provided at check in, but not replenished during your stay. The unit has a washer/dryer, newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living space. There is a "beach closet" stocked with chairs, beach towels, a cooler, toys for the kids and more! After a day on the beach, you can relax by the pool or enjoy the hot tub - both located on the first level and gated exclusively for guests. There are lots of games, puzzles and movies to enjoy if you prefer a quiet family night in. Close to shopping, dining, and all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer!

Monthly Rentals – We offer Monthly Winter Rentals October through February of the following year.

This property was just perfect for our family vacation! Right on the beach, the house had everything you need! Also the owners got back to me right away with any questions and concerns that I had! Definitely will book again

Easy check in process. Kitchen has everything you need for a week at the beach. Lots of dining space. Fantastic beach oasis!

Great place to stay with a great view!

This felt like a very private place. It was everything that it said it was. Great place to spend with our family. View from the balcony was awesome. I would definitely consider staying here on my next beach trip. North Myrtle feels more family friendly and the shopping was easier. My first stay in North Myrtle Beach! Loved it!

Great location

We loved our stay at this property. We were looking for something near the MB however did not want to stay in the busy area. This area was perfect! Nice quiet area and GREAT view of the ocean! Will stay here again!

Amazing family vacation

The stay was amazing. The unit was as advertised with amazing views and literally right in the beach. A great family vacation for sure. Close to shopping and dining. Mini golf as well as my son and I played every single day. Check in was a breeze. This had everything you could want in a place to stay. Kitchen ware and coffee pot with a toaster..David and heather were amazing and I would without a doubt stay here again..they have a nice little slice of heaven to share with folks and I can’t thank them enough for their great southern hospitality and letting us use this unit for the week..the views were amazing and the sound of the ocean at night and just an overall amazing experience. A MUST STAY for sure

Nice condo, even nicer owners!

We had some issues since they were working on the balcony and could not use it. The owners texted immediately and offered us a discount on future visits. I can not recommend this place enough! Great location, great customer service, great time for winter in Myrtle Beach!

Great weekend getaway!

Property was a lot larger than expected. Very clean! Well equipped for beach time. Chairs and umbrellas and sand toys for kids that were all in great shape.

Amazing Views

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, and cooler were all right here. The location was very close to downtown. We had an amazing long weekend. The end unit with so many windows gave us a view that was to die for. The hosts were great communicators. Would definitely stay again!

Hi, I'm Heather. My husband Dave has family in the Carolina's and we love Myrtle Beach! Our home is in Oregon, and as our family grew, our visits to the grandparents seemed to keep increasing by an extra day or two each time we came out. We sold our office building during COVID and were ecstatic when this condo came up for sale. We hope you'll love it as much as we do!

We're in North Myrtle Beach (almost to Cherry Grove). Our stretch of beach mostly has smaller buildings or single family homes. It is nowhere near as crowded as half a mile in either direction from us. We love the easy access to restaurants, shopping, and selection of mini-putt golf courses. If we're feeling like driving into Myrtle Beach, there are golf courses, a Top Golf, a Grand Prix go cart track, a couple of outdoor shopping areas, an outlet mall, and many other entertainments.
