There are no safety fences, alarms, special gates, or child protection devices around the pool, dock, or canal.
The pool and direct access to the canal represent significant risks, especially for infants and children.
All minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, especially in outdoor areas and near the water.
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from lack of supervision or use of the pool and canal areas.
The use of the swimming pool, dock, canal, and all outdoor areas is at the sole risk of the guests.

Boats and parking:
The property is waterfront and includes a driveway that can accommodate three cars plus a small boat trailer. A boat ramp is conveniently located just across the canal from the house, allowing easy launch of boats up to 16 feet long.
