Other things to note
This home is part of a multi-unit property. The main house is private and located on the ground level with just a few steps in the courtyard, while the lower levels contain two separate studio units that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The backyard and garden areas are shared, and we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise and respectful of shared spaces. Your privacy is always respected, and each unit has its own designated entrance. A stairway on the side of the ground home leads down to the backyard.
Occasionally, our cleaners may access the garage through the exterior keypad to retrieve supplies for the attached units while they are cleaning them for guest turnovers. Rest assured, they will not enter the home.
Please limit the temperature on the living room thermostat to 72 degrees. The thermostat only heats the home. The portable cooler in the living room cools the home.
Only the number of guests on the reservation can spend the night.
No unauthorized events or parties allowed. Small family gatherings are generally allowed if authorized in advance.
No pets allowed
No vaping or smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
A minimum $300.00 fee may be charged if evidence of smoking, vaping, pets, excessive garbage, excessive mess, staying past checkout, delaying the cleaning crew, strong odors or parties is found.
The garage cannot be used to park cars but guests can park in the driveway and there is ample free street parking in this safe neighborhood.
